AnyTour is an AI-powered tour guide — not a navigation or safety tool. Always verify directions and safety information independently. Virgil's stories are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Explorer Plus and Heritage offer genuinely unlimited tours with no monthly cap. If we ever terminate your account for a reason other than a rule violation, you'll receive a pro-rata refund. Disputes are governed by Florida law. We recommend consulting a legal professional if you have questions about your indemnification obligations before accepting these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using AnyTour ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Your continued use of AnyTour after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date above when material changes are made and will make reasonable efforts to provide in-app notification of material changes.
AnyTour is owned and operated by Caywood Creative LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida.
AnyTour is an AI-powered audio tour guide application that uses your device's location to generate personalized narrated tours of the places you visit. Tours are generated in real time using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and general informational purposes only.
Tour narration is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, current, or reliable. AnyTour makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any tour content.
AnyTour content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4.1 Subscription Tiers

- Maximum tour duration of 30 minutes

- Family history integration with connected genealogy services

4.2 Unlimited Tours
Explorer Plus and Heritage plans include unlimited tours with no monthly cap. Unlimited access is subject to these Terms and our right to suspend accounts engaged in abuse or automated misuse of the service.
4.3 Billing
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
4.4 Refunds and Pro-Rata Credits
- If Caywood Creative LLC terminates your account for reasons other than a Terms violation, you will receive a pro-rata credit or refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
- If you cancel your subscription voluntarily, access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for voluntary cancellations.
- Billing disputes are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified before any price changes take effect and will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged at the new rate.
You agree not to use AnyTour to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App in any way that could harm others or Caywood Creative LLC
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate tours at scale
AnyTour integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI narration), ElevenLabs (voice generation), Cloudflare (API proxy), and optional genealogy services (Ancestry, 23andMe, MyHeritage, FamilySearch). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Caywood Creative LLC is not responsible for the practices, data security, or data incidents of third-party services.
When you connect a genealogy service to AnyTour, you represent that you have the right to access and use the family history data associated with your account. AnyTour accesses this data solely to personalize tour narration and does not store, share, or sell your genealogy data.
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with AnyTour are the property of Caywood Creative LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AnyTour content without our express written permission.
Tour narrations generated by AnyTour are produced by artificial intelligence. You may share individual tour narrations for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to AnyTour.
AnyTour is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tour content generated by artificial intelligence.
You assume all risk associated with your use of AnyTour, including any reliance on tour content for navigation, safety, or informational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caywood Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AnyTour, including but not limited to reliance on tour content, loss of data, or personal injury.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caywood Creative LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly from (a) your violation of these Terms, or (b) your willful misconduct or gross negligence in connection with your use of AnyTour.
